Be sure to include or have available the following information in your initial correspondence:
- Your name, email address, daytime phone number
- Version of GoMotion currently developing with
- Details about development platform
- Description of error messages or actions leading up to problem
- If experiencing difficulties with a particular file, please report the specific properties (name, date, size) of the file in question.
