Licensing GoMotion
To evaluate and receive information about licensing GoMotion or other Ligos technologies, please complete the Partner Program Registration Form. Here are some details on the evaluation and licensing process:
Evaluating GoMotion SDK
GoMotion is delivered as a fully functional, time limited SDK with a documented API and sample application. The 180-day evaluation SDK is available for a non-refundable $2,500 fee. Support is included. If you decide to license GoMotion following the evaluation period, this $2,500 is converted to a 1-year support and upgrade fee.
Payment and Evaluation Agreement
Once you register for the Ligos Partner Program and evaluation SDK, an SDK Sales Representative will contact you to discuss your needs, and to make arrangements for payment. We will also require you execute a Software Evaluation Agreement.
Download and Evaluate
Once your payment and documentation are finalized, you can download the SDK package for evaluation. You will receive an e-mail message containing download and technical support contact information.

License Terms
Your SDK Sales Representative will contact you to continue discussions on licensing after you have downloaded the evaluation SDK. Licensing is individually negotiated on a per-unit royalty basis. Royalties are determined by your product’s business model, and other parameters such as product price, volumes forecast, distribution model, and the GoMotion components and features utilized for your application.
